Amen to every comment there. I've read most of them at one point or another in Motor (where alot of them are from), and I couldn't agree more... the case study of America just goes to show the actualities of it all, instead of the 'experts opinions' that federal government is basing its decisions on.

It seems that speeding law is outdated. However, I would prefer speeding should still be regulated. It secure not just the safety of you but the people around you.
